Q: What is your build/turn-around time?

All products are made to order. Please allow 4 to 12 weeks depending on your design and build.

You will receive an order email once complete with all delivery and tracking details.

This is once we have received full payment.

Q: What materials do you use in the construction of your cabinets?

Our standard products and cabs are made from 18mm Beech Ply and English Ash from framing.

Other hardwoods are available. Including pine, ash, walnut, and mahogany to name a few favorites.

All orders can be turned into custom orders and built from a variety of hardwoods and available on request.

Q: Can I get a different speaker or speaker combination than what is listed?

Of course. We can fit and source all major speakers from our vast array of suppliers.

Q. Do you offer custom configurations?

Yes, we do. We are the UK specialist in custom orders.

Q. Can you build a new enclosure for my Kit DIY Amp, and Combo Amp, or Separate my unit into a head and cab?

Yes, yes and yes. We pride ourselves on being able to build almost any enclosure you may be after.

Q. Can I collect my order, rather than having it posted?

Yes, we are based in Norwich, Norfolk UK, and welcome visitors. The kettle is always on.

Q: Who do you use for shipping?

We use DHL Express Tracked Courier for all shipments

Q: Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we ship worldwide. This will be applied at checkout.

Q: What if there is a delay with the build?

On occasion we may have to back order items or life can just cause delays.

We are only human after all.

We sometimes have items that are out of warehouse stock, adding a little delay to orders.

If this is the case we will email you and let you know.

Yes if you are a touring band we can discuss options and arrangements.
